Our Return Window

We offer a 1-day return and exchange policy. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges only if the following condition is met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and completely unopened

If the box has been opened, we are unable to process a return or exchange — unless there is a confirmed factory defect.

Factory Defects

If you receive a product with a factory defect, we will gladly accept the return or exchange even if the packaging has been opened. Please contact us immediately with a clear photo or video of the defect so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of the following:

  • Opened products with no factory defect
  • Products returned after 24 hours of delivery
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
